Facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) is a genetic disorder causing progressive, often asymmetric muscle weakness. It primarily affects the face (facio), shoulder blades (scapulo), and upper arms (humeral), though it can spread to other areas. While there is no cure, physical therapy, bracing, and ongoing research can help manage symptoms
