ISLAND LAKE, IL – State Representative Martin McLaughlin (R-Barrington Hills) is partnering with the LiveWell Mobile Health Van to offer free community health screenings on Wednesday, October 1, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Island Lake Village Hall, located at 3720 Greenleaf Avenue, Island Lake.
This event is open to the public and provides residents with an opportunity to take charge of their health through quick, convenient screenings—completely free of charge.
“Making preventive healthcare more accessible is a simple but powerful way to support families across Northwest Illinois,” said Rep. McLaughlin. “I encourage everyone to stop by and take advantage of these free screenings because your health matters.”
On-site services include:
- Blood Pressure Screenings
- Glucose Checks
- Cholesterol Checks
- BMI Assessments
- Health Education Materials
No appointments are necessary. All services will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
