September’s first 52nd District Spotlight business is Karina’s Bakery at 401 N. Seymour in Mundelein. Karina’s has been a family-run authentic Mexican bakery for 20 years, known best for their pastries and custom cakes. They’re open Tuesday through Sunday, 6 AM-7 PM.
