While I’ve been down in Springfield with my fellow General Assembly members voting on numerous pieces of legislation this week, my Legislative Director, Pamela, has been busy at our District Office assisting constituents. We have received many calls ranging from problems in obtaining unemployment insurance benefits to delayed FOID & CCL card applications.
Yesterday, she filled in for me at the Cary Park District’s groundbreaking ceremony for their new Aquatic Center, which is due to open in the Summer of 2022. In addition, she presented the board with a certificate commemorating the Park District’s 50th Anniversary. Congratulations!
